Damaged products: If the products have received defect not as result of incorrect storage, you have the right to return the damaged goods within 15 days, having a check, proof of payment and packing.
Inadequate product: If we sent you an inappropriate product, we recommend that you contact us by phone +34 93 220 28 82 or by e-mail: info@giverola.net, detail the situation and return the inappropriate product to us. If you would like to replace the inappropriate product with the one you ordered, we will send you the correct product or refund the price immediately upon receipt of the product in its package.
Until you return the product to us, you are responsible for safe storage and delivery without damage. We are not responsible for the returned product that was damaged during delivery. It is your responsibility to deliver the product to us in integrity and safety.
