We guarantee to refund or exchange. If you can return an item for any reason, providing the item(s) is in an unused condition within 14 days of purchase.

To ensure a safe return of these items please follows our instructions regarding wrapping, shipping and insurance in this regard. You are required to use the same delivery company that has delivered the goods to you, i.e. the company selected by us. Try to avoid excessive friction of jewelry parts. Any mechanical impact and knock can damage precious enamel and scratch the gold plating.
